I'm a research economist at the French central bank, with a PhD in economics from Columbia University. My research interests bear on everything that can be useful to a central bank in charge of monetary policy. So far it has led me to write papers on the sources of price rigidity, decision under uncertainty, labor market dynamics, the costs of business cycles, monetary policy strategies, the determinants of the interest rate channel, and the anchoring of inflation expectations. My goal is to expand this set in order to give as enlightened advice on monetary policy as I can provide, so that I can "get myself thought of as a humble, competent person, on a level with dentists, which would be splendid".
Here is my cv.
